Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and help make their shopping experience enjoyable.
• Make recommendations based on conversations with fans.
• Help fans connect with the brand for a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
• Process sales transactions using Fanatics POS system.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent the Fanatics Brand.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and fan experiences.
