Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead in Colorado Springs to drive daily sales through bold leadership and precise execution. You will leverage data, automation, and in-game support to boost performance and fan satisfaction at game day and events.

The role requires 18+ years old with prior retail or hospitality experience, a flexible schedule, and reliable attendance to manage shifts and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems including inventory management, POS and card processing.
• Partner with leadership on revenue targets, per-cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
