Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and coaching to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
