Bath & Body Works is seeking a motivated Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the front-line team, drive store performance, and ensure consistent execution of operations to grow the business.

You will coach and develop staff, manage shifts, and model our values while supporting a dynamic retail environment. This role includes opportunities for growth and a 40% merchandise discount.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and ensure execution of operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance and accountability with all associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and visual standards.
