Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in York, PA to lead a high‑performing team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven retail setting. You will manage opening/closing duties, verify IDs, handle POS cash, maintain inventory integrity, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, accurate checkout and store environment.

Applicants must be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, and 1 year in customer‑facing sales with 6 months in retail

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS systems and cash handling experience.
• ≥6 months leadership in retail.
• ≥6 months in retail store operations (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
• Curaleaf Team Members require 6+ months as Store Associate with consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Drive consultative selling and enroll guests in rewards program.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accurate POS transactions.
• Open/close duties, cash handling, and daily huddles.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and compliance throughout the store.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Support leadership by taking initiative and coordinating store operations.
