Job summary

Curaleaf in York, PA is seeking a Lead Store Associate to oversee daily retail operations, coach teammates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

The role requires at least 6 months of retail leadership, 1 year of POS/cash handling, and a High School Diploma or GED; starting pay is $18.50 per hour plus tips, with evenings, weekends, holidays available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills for coaching others.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.
