The role requires opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory accuracy in a fast‑paced, compliant setting. The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, ensuring a welcoming store with upselling opportunities and a strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 6 months retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash drawers).
• Experience as a Curaleaf Store Associate preferred.
