Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in York, PA. You will be the face of the brand, assisting customers with cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. The role requires a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in customer-facing or sales work, plus POS experience and cash handling.

• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and team members alike.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the agility to shift priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build genuine connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Work with your team to maintain a respectful, upbeat store atmosphere.
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked from floor to backroom.
• Assist with inventory tasks, restocking, and fulfilling online orders.
