Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Phoenix to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide a high-performing team. You will drive product knowledge, upsell, enroll guests in rewards, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and at checkout.

This role requires 21+ age, a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience, 1 year with POS systems, and at least 6 months in retail leadership.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS usage and cash handling experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months in store operations including opening/closing and cash drawer reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach the team.
• Drive consultative selling and personalized product recommendations.
• Lead inventory and POS accuracy, reconcile cash and perform daily cash handling.
• Open/close duties, daily huddles, and adherence to SOPs and regulations.
• Develop and coach associates, provide real-time feedback, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready store environment and uphold safety standards.
