Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service and fast checkout.
• Train crew on best customer service practices.
• Oversee daily store activities and staffing.
• Assist with receiving and stocking on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close store, secure cash, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance.
