Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales in a retail environment.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and create appealing product displays.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Know current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping.
• Complete all opening/closing procedures and comply with Time and Attendance policies.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
