Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model positive behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience; support site culture.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; work in a fast-changing environment; perform additional duties.
