Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) in Customer Experience Operations. The role starts at $18.35 per hour with benefits and involves 30–39 hours per week, Tue–Sat 7:45am–2:15pm.

You will lead on the floor, assist with customer service operations, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic retail setting. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience and can train others.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience in training others.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues where appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Identify barriers/trends affecting customer and associate experience and support the manager in building site culture.
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site with the manager.
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.
