Amazon in California is seeking a Retail Lead Associate to act as the face of the store and lead customer service on the floor. You will assist with operations, use inventory systems, and help maintain safety and quality standards while delivering a great guest experience.

The role requires open availability Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts ending around 10:15pm. Starting pay is competitive and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles or 1+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model expected behavior.
• Assist with customer service operations and floor leadership responsibilities.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
