Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years in leadership, or Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer feedback and assist peers in solving issues as escalation point.
