Job summary

Amazon in Irving, TX is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) to support Customer Experience Operations. You will engage with customers, use inventory systems to scan and count product, and help lead peers to deliver delightful service.

This part-time role requires open evening availability Tue-Sat, up to 39 hours per week, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts. Starting pay is $18.05 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years floor leader/leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate customer issues when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customers and associates.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards with management.
• Work in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
