Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year in retail, customer-facing roles, or leadership (incl. floor leader) or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Manage inventory using systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers with issues.
• Identify barriers to customer experience and communicate trends to improve operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site and support a strong site culture.
• Work in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Offer flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.
