Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) for Customer Experience Operations. You will be the face of Amazon, delivering friendly service and upholding our customer-obsessed culture in a fast-paced environment.

Expect average 30–39 hours weekly, with open availability from 7:45 to 14:15, and duties including inventory scanning, floor leadership, and helping customers. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing through long shifts, and adapting to change.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Are 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years floor leadership or Amazon experience

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count product
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers with customer issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience and support site culture
• Collaborate with manager to maintain safety and quality standards
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours
