Amazon in Austin, TX is hiring a Retail Lead Associate. You will be the face of Amazon, assisting with customer service operations and floor leadership, with open availability 07:45 - 14:15. Starting pay is $19.15 per hour with benefits; typical shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, counting products using inventory systems, and mentoring peers. You will help improve the customer experience and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Formación

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years floor leader experience.
• 1+ years Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process and count product.
• Provide peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and communicate trends to support site culture and safety.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards; work in a fast-changing environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
