Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) to support Customer Experience Operations at our Baltimore-area locations. You will interact with customers, manage inventory with scanning and counting, and provide peer-to-peer feedback while assisting with floor leadership responsibilities.

The role requires open availability Tuesday-Saturday between 2:45pm and 9:15pm, lifting up to 49 pounds, and standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer feedback and escalate to help peers solve issues.
• Help develop best practices to improve customer experience.
• Support manager in maintaining site safety and quality standards.
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties and flexible hours.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
