Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers with issues
• Contribute to improving customer experience and operations
• Identify barriers affecting customers and associates and support site culture
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours
