Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and put customers first. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and support the Store Manager in leading the team in their absence.

The role involves math, planogram adherence, cash handling, and upholding safety policies in a fast-paced retail environment, with responsibilities that contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Ability to perform cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise and operating a cash register.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus.
• Stock and recover merchandise and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction.
