Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock merchandise, and help maximize store profitability while protecting assets.

The role includes performing duties in the absence of store leadership and supporting planogram implementation. An emphasis is placed on safety, teamwork, and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and make change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors and clean restrooms.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
