Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store environment and to act as a lead in the absence of management. Responsibilities include helping customers locate merchandise, operating the register, stocking and organizing the sales floor, and performing duties to maximize profitability while protecting assets.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math, and the ability to follow planograms and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and handle payments.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; maintain clean, organized aisles and displays.
• Open/close the store under direction of management and assist in loss prevention.
