Amazon Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) in San Diego, CA. You will act as the face of Amazon, driving customer-obsessed service and leading floor operations while supporting the CXO team.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, managing inventory, and mentoring peers to improve service quality. The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ years in retail or leadership, and availability for varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience; support site culture
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
