Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) to support Customer Experience Operations in San Ramon, CA. You will engage customers, lead on-floor activities, and help maintain safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years in retail, customer-facing roles, floor leadership, or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues to assist peers.
• Contribute to customer experience improvements and best practices.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customers and staff, supporting site culture.
• Maintain safety and quality standards with a manager; work in a fast-changing environment.
