Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma is required.
Are 18 years of age or older.
1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years floor leadership or Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
Help identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
Work with a manager to maintain safety and quality standards at the site.
Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours; climb stairs as needed.
