Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model expected behavior.
• Scan, process, and count product using inventory systems.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers with issues as escalation point.
• Identify barriers to customer and associate experience and support site culture.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at the site.
• Work in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
