Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is hiring a part-time Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) to help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead floor activities, assist with operations, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires open availability Tue-Sat and involves lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for long shifts, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and assist peers in solving customer issues as escalation point.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Identify barriers and trends that affect customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Work with a manager to maintain physical safety and quality standards of the site.
• Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
