Job summary

BP plc is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to partner with retail leaders and drive capability-building initiatives across US retail operations. The role blends consulting, project management, and instructional design to deliver blended learning programs for frontline teams and leadership.

The position involves managing learning projects end-to-end, coordinating with SMEs, LMS admins, and field partners, and ensuring governance, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
4-7 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields; enterprise learning projects experience preferred.
Experience with LMS and tools like Articulate 360; ability to design adult learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and performance needs and propose solutions.
Lead retail learning projects from initiation to evaluation with clear plans and timelines.
Create and oversee learning materials including eLearning, facilitator guides, and job aids.
Coordinate deployment via LMS and ensure governance, records, and reporting.
