Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Solid experiences in live facilitation for diverse audiences including executives; facilitation demonstration may be requested.
• Strong instructional design capability across modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning) using authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to consult independently with business leaders to diagnose learning needs.
• Strategic consulting and influence-without-authority with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
• Treats AI as part of the L&D toolkit to accelerate content development and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose learning needs; translate goals into learning strategies and solutions.
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of core programs across assigned streams (e.g., Servicing, Sales, Funding, Underwriting/Credit).
• Lead design, development, facilitation, and measurement of key initiatives; adapt content for different learner populations.
• Coordinate with L&D team and LMS administration to ensure timely program delivery and consistency.
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate outcomes and business impact.
