Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a P&C Project Manager, Learning & Development to manage L&D projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and resources to align with firm goals. The role emphasizes governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the L&D function.

The position supports process improvements, technology enhancements, and learning program delivery across the organization, including e-learning and in-person training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate L&D.
• Experience managing direct and/or indirect reports.
• Experience with program management and both e-learning and in-person training.
• Experience at a professional services firm is preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of select L&D projects.
• Collaborates with National L&D and stakeholders to set goals across project lifecycle.
• Develops detailed project plans and monitors progress and resources.
• Supports implementation of new learning technologies and platforms.
• Maintains documentation and complies with policies and standards.
• Supports governance, escalation, and decision-making processes.
