Job summary

United Auto Credit Corporation is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and design, build, and deliver high-impact learning solutions across assigned areas.

This role blends strategy and execution, shaping program direction while delivering work, and partners with the broader L&D team to ensure consistency across programs, tools, and standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning and development.
• Solid live facilitation experience for learners from frontline to executives; expect a facilitation demonstration.
• Strong instructional design capability across modalities (IL, virtual, e-learning) with familiarity with authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to consult independently with business leaders to diagnose learning needs.
• Strategic consulting and influence-without-authority with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
• Treats AI as a standard part of the L&D toolkit to accelerate content development and iteration.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer and teammate needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify & diagnose Learning Needs and translate business goals into learning strategies and solutions.
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of core programs and adapt to different learner populations.
• Coordinate with L&D team and LMS administration to support on-time program delivery.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across programs and governance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to shape learning strategy and maintain program quality.
