Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our Tribeca store. You will lead on-floor service, help onboard team members, and support daily store operations to drive customer satisfaction and sales.

This role requires a customer-first attitude, strong communication, and an interest in design. You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and communication skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technology, products, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach team members.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and training to peers.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Help innovate and improve the retail experience.
• Support a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
