Job summary

Family Dollar in Alabama is seeking a part-time Third Keyholder to support store operations, greet customers, assist with merchandise and complete sales transactions. You will help with inventory, deliveries, and store upkeep, and may assist with opening/closing duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.

Requirements include high school completion and preferred experience in retail management. The role offers part-time hours and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a busy store

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle funds.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with inventory and deliveries.
• Support Store Manager with daily activities and operational duties.
• Open or close the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
