Job summary

Family Dollar in Hayneville, Alabama seeks a Third Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with merchandise choices, and complete sales efficiently using the POS system. The role supports the Store Manager with daily tasks, inventory management, deliveries and replenishment, and maintaining store appearance.

When managers are absent, responsibilities include opening/closing and supervising operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or grocery management experience.
• Ability to communicate store policies and procedures to team.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer funds.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities, inventory levels, deliveries and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and positive store image.
• Open or close the store in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Support asset protection and record-keeping duties.
