Job summary

Family Dollar in Hayneville, AL is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise and transactions, and support daily store operations. You will help manage inventory, deliveries and restocking while upholding company standards.

You will also assist the Store Manager with opening/closing duties, supervising cashiers, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive store environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support store operations, inventory management and deliveries.
• Assist in opening/closing the store in absence of management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
