Job summary

Family Dollar in Livingston, AL, is seeking a part-time Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and efficiently process sales. The role supports store operations, inventory, deliveries, and store upkeep, with responsibilities when managers are absent.

Responsibilities include guiding team members on practices, handling cash, restocking, and maintaining a positive store image for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise and locate items, and complete sales at the POS.
• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and communicate standards to staff.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Assist Store Manager with opening/closing duties and daily store operations.
• Support asset protection by maintaining store presence and delivering good customer service.
