Job summary

Torrid is seeking a Keyholder in Evansville, IN to support store management, execute opening/closing duties, and ensure an amazing shopping experience for customers.

You will lead by example in selling, customer service, and merchandise execution, while driving add-on sales and maintaining a welcoming store environment. You must be flexible to work holidays, nights, and weekends, and be prepared to step in as acting Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven leadership and sales success.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to store management and assist with daily opening/closing operations.
• Lead customer service to create a positive shopping experience that builds loyalty.
• Help implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when store management is unavailable.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
