Job summary

Torrid in Conway, NH is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store management and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. You’ll assist with opening and closing, lead by example in selling skills and customer service, and ensure the store feels welcoming and on-brand.

As part of the management team, you’ll aim for KPI goals, help execute merchandise strategies, operate the register, and stand in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to meet store KPIs and company objectives.
• Lead sales, customer service, and add-on sales to drive loyalty.
• Assist with merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
