Job summary

Torrid in Wareham, MA seeks a proactive Keyholder to support store management, ensure opening/closing procedures and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You'll lead by example in selling, guest service, and visual standards, assist with merchandise strategies, and act as Manager on Duty when needed while working a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. This role offers associate discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success and drive sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Retail/fashion experience with adaptability to changing environments and schedules.
• Be fashion-focused and current with trends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management by performing daily opening and closing operations.
• Set the example for selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Assist in implementing merchandise strategies while maintaining an inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out of the store.
• Maintain flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends.
