Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead the Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service to foster loyalty.
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining an inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions, using product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is not present.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
