Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our Denver-area store. You will lead on the floor, deliver a customer-first experience, and support store operations to meet goals.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires evening and weekend availability to align with the business needs. As a key member of the Framebridge team, you will train teammates, share product knowledge, and uphold our 100% happiness guarantee.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team members accordingly.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
