Framebridge is seeking a dynamic Keyholder for our Bethesda, MD store to lead by example and deliver a top-tier customer experience. You will drive store operations, train staff, and uphold Framebridge standards while guiding a small team on a busy retail floor.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership, strong communication, and comfort with design-minded products. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to support our growth and customer needs.

Formación

• Experience as a key holder in retail, customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and creativity.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to train and onboard staff.

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve retail operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Use listening and communication skills to coach retail staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers.
