Framebridge Inc. is seeking a dynamic Keyholder to lead our store team with energy and a customer-first attitude. You’ll take on key-holding responsibilities, model exceptional service, and help drive daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for design. You’ll coach team members, share product knowledge, and ensure a seamless Framebridge experience that keeps customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Keyholder in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in our stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and coach staff to do the same.
• Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
