Framebridge is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder in Summit, NJ, to lead store operations and deliver a customer-first experience. You will report to the Store Manager and help onboard staff while maintaining brand standards for service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in-store.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve in-store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Coach team members with listening and problem-solving skills.
• Share product knowledge and design advice with customers and staff.
• Handle questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Contribute to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
