Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer and financial goals.
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Suggest improvements to the retail experience and uphold the 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
