Job summary

The Paper Store in Canton, MA is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver world-class service, meet sales goals, and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role reports to the Store Team Leader and includes coaching the team, processing returns and exchanges, supervising the floor, and opening/closing procedures. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers using the GUEST service approach.
• Demonstrate TPS brand ambassador behaviors and assist with sales.
• Process returns and exchanges; supervise the sales floor.
• Open and close the store; manage POS operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Provide coaching to the team to improve sales and service.
