Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team in Washington. As the premier SUGARTAINER, you’ll deliver a SWEET customer experience and help manage store duties including merchandising, product knowledge, and register operations.

You’ll assist customers, maintain clean and organized sales floor, and support opening or closing procedures while showcasing our upbeat brand and engaging with guests through the SUGARTAINMENT model.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Years of Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register and handle cash.

Responsibilities

• Provide a SWEET customer experience and assist customers with requests.
• Follow our engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT, to engage guests.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and visually aligned with guidelines.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers accurately.
• Assist in achieving sales goals by recommending items and explaining benefits.
• Merchandise displays and assist in store promotions and events.
• Support opening/closing procedures and store operations as needed.
• Understand Loss Prevention policies and communicate issues to the Store Manager.
• Participate in general backroom, maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
