Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience while promoting the brand. The role covers sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with occasional opening/closing responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months in retail, a HS diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; training and employee discounts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to properly cash out all customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
